Jackie Hall Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer
Jackie is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of MTN Universal. She is instrumental in preserving and enhancing MTN Universal’s culture and capabilities. She has a natural knack for discovering and developing talent, which comes from her background in education. Jackie graduated from Tennessee State University, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education.
After graduating, Jackie propelled her career with her consistent passion to educate and facilitate growth in the primary and secondary educational settings. She has been actively involved in leadership roles with such organizations as Faculty Advisory Committee, Mentor Student Teachers Program, TCAP Building Coordinator, Vanderbilt Scientist in the Classroom Partnership, David Lipscomb University SEE-Math, and Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD). She has also acted as an ambassador for several other educational programs. The Metropolitan Nashville Public School System has benefited from her outstanding leadership for over 22 years. In her current role, her passion for leadership has led her to train, coach, mentor, and consult for students, parents, and teachers alike. As an educator, she has received the Teacher of the Year Award three times so far, and has received a Literacy Grant. She is a member of Tennessee Education Association, Metropolitan Nashville Education Association, National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, and ASCD.
Jackie has a strong devotion to God and she is deeply in love with her husband Edward. In her spare time, she enjoys the company of her children and grandchildren. She serves alongside her husband at the Buena Vista Church of Christ, where she has utilized her leadership to inspire youth and women to develop strategic plans to embrace their self-worth.
