DO THE IMPOSSIBLE

Everyone has at least one dream. Your dream should be so big to the point that it is impossible for you to do it alone.

With everything in our world today, it is easy to give up on our dreams. We all have so many distractions of various fears, financial uneasiness, etc.

What dreams do you have? What are your life goals?

You can achieve any dream with an impenetrable faith.

There is no reason for us to let external circumstances of our world control what we can and cannot do in our life. At some point, we must depend on our Creator who gifted us with our gifts and abilities.

“And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7

To receive this benefit we will need to be focused just our Savior was focused.

“Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:2

Even with great focus, we may fail. One of the biggest reasons we fail as leaders is because we take our eyes off of the prize. I’m reminded of a man by the name of Peter who lost focus and took his eyes off of the prize.

“Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked no the water and came toward Jesus. But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, ‘Lord, save me!’” Matthew 14:29-30

A lesson we can learn from Peter is to keep our focus. No matter the situations around us, it will always do us well to keep our eyes on our best source of strength (God) and on our goals. Stay connected with our greatest source of strength and do the impossible!
