APPROACH YOUR DAY WITH CONFIDENCE

It would be nice to know every aspect of how your day would roll out.  We would be able to plan for those difficult times and would spend more time during the enjoyable times.

All that sounds great, but it is not how life works.

Life is full of uncertainty.  The only thing you can depend on in this life is change.

So how do you approach everyday with a sense of confidence?

We approach our day with confidence by tapping in the certainty of our powerful Creator.  God may not show us what is on the road up ahead, but with a little trust He will guide our every step.

In a world filled with commonality, we can set ourselves apart by depending on the LORD.  As leaders, we are always surrounding ourselves with people and resources that will give us insight.

John C. Maxwell said, “Completing one another is more important than competing with one another.”

John Maxwell was speaking of teamwork when he spoke those words.  I love that quote.  I also believe the most valuable teammate you can have on your team is the LORD.  The LORD is the greatest advisor a leader can have.

The LORD replied, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” - Exodus 33:14

Knowing you have the LORD on your team should cause you to approach everyday with confidence.  It will give success beyond your wildest dreams.  Rest in the confidence of God and He will be your road map.  If you have any trouble approaching your day with confidence, just reflect on these words.

“Remain in me, and I will remain in you.  No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the Vine.  Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in Me.  I am the Vine; you are the branches.  If a man remains in Me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.  If anyone does not remain in Me, he is like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned.  If you remain in Me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you.” - John 15:4-7

Just remember, God can be whatever you need.

Question: How are you currently approaching your days?  What are your daily needs?
